A right-hand replacement radiator from WMP (Whites Motorcycle Parts) built for the Suzuki DRZ400S (2000-2017) and DRZ400SM (2005-2017). It is a direct alternative to a bent, cracked or leaking original unit, made to OEM specifications so it sits in the standard location and uses the bike's existing mounting hardware.
The core and tanks are hand-welded aluminium, giving a tidy finish along with the cooling capacity and flow efficiency needed to keep engine temperatures in check on trail rides, commutes and supermoto work. As a cap-side unit, it is supplied with a new radiator cap.
Right-hand side only. The left-hand radiator is sold separately as WPRAD133L, and the matched pair as WPRAD133P.

- Fit using the bike's original radiator mounts, rubbers and fasteners — these are not supplied with the radiator, so retain the hardware from the unit you are replacing.
- Inspect the radiator hoses and clamps while the system is apart and renew any that are perished, swollen or weeping.
- Refill with the coolant type specified in your DRZ400 owner's manual, then bleed trapped air by running the engine to operating temperature with the cap off before topping up and refitting the cap.
- Check for leaks around the hose unions and welds after the first ride, and re-check coolant level once the engine has fully cooled.
- Only remove the supplied radiator cap when the engine is cold — releasing a hot, pressurised system can spray scalding coolant.
- Keep the fins clear of mud and debris; wash gently with low-pressure water and a soft brush, as a pressure washer will flatten fins and reduce cooling.
- Straighten any bent fins carefully with a fin comb to restore airflow.
- Avoid resting or levering tools against the core during other servicing, and consider fitting radiator guards for off-road use to protect the aluminium from roost and impacts.
- Store a spare or removed radiator upright in a dry place with the hose openings covered to keep dirt out of the core.
