The Alpinestars Stella Kira v2 Leather Jacket is a women's road riding jacket built on a 1.3mm premium bovine leather chassis, cut to an optimised female performance fit. Large accordion stretch panels through the back, plus stretch inserts on the sleeves and chest, let the jacket move with you on the bike rather than fighting you at the bars.

Localised perforations and zippered intake vents keep airflow moving in warmer weather, while the removable inner thermal liner extends the jacket into cooler rides. Protection is CE certified as Category II PPE, AAA class, with Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder and elbow protectors and compartments ready for optional Nucleon chest and back inserts.

Before riding, check that the Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder and elbow protectors are seated correctly in their pockets and that all zippers, including the waist connection zipper, run freely.
If fitting the optional Nucleon back or chest inserts, secure them fully via the snap button system so they sit flat over the spine and chest.
Remove the inner thermal liner before warm-weather rides and refit it for cooler conditions; keep the liner unzipped from the shell when laundering decisions are made, as shell and liner care differ.
Clean the leather by wiping with a soft, damp cloth and a leather-specific cleaner only — do not machine wash the leather shell, and avoid solvents, petrol, bleach or household detergents.
Treat the leather periodically with a suitable leather conditioner to stop it drying out, paying attention to the perforated and stretch panels.
Allow a wet jacket to dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heaters, exhausts and tumble dryers — forced heat will shrink and stiffen leather.
Store on a broad hanger in a cool, dry, ventilated space rather than compressed in a bag, and never store the jacket damp.
Note this leather shell is perforated for ventilation, so it is not waterproof; only the inner wallet pocket is waterproof, and a rain shell is advisable for wet rides.
Inspect protectors, seams and leather after any crash or abrasion and replace impacted protectors — protective performance is not guaranteed after an impact.
Do not iron, dry clean or apply heat to the protectors, and remove them before any deeper cleaning of the shell.
