Zero communication after sale

I bought two electric balance bikes for my kids for Xmas. One of them have a puncture straight out of the box. I have emailed, fb messaged and called but these guys refuse to reply to me in regards to warranty. Further action will be taken, it is just a puncture however it would be the same issue if it was something serious. SHOCKING.
