Vortex bar end sliders replace your Suzuki's stock bar ends with a larger, more robust puck that adds a further layer of crash protection to the handlebars. In a slide or tip-over they help keep the brake and clutch levers off the ground, reducing the chance of a snapped lever and other bar-end damage.
The pucks are made from a tough plastic compound and CNC machined for a clean, precise finish, and they are supplied as a pair with mounting hardware to suit selected OEM Suzuki handlebars. A sensible, low-cost addition for road and track riders who want cheap insurance against expensive lever and bar damage.

- Confirm fitment for your exact model and year before installation — bar end sliders are model specific and will not suit every handlebar.
- Remove the stock bar ends and fit the sliders using the supplied high-tensile hardware; do not reuse worn or damaged original fasteners.
- Tighten the mounting bolt firmly to the bar-end insert so the slider cannot rotate or work loose, and re-check the torque after your first ride.
- Check the bolts periodically as part of routine maintenance, as vibration can loosen bar-end fittings over time.
- Inspect the pucks after any crash, drop or slide and replace them if they are cracked, deeply gouged or worn down — sliders are sacrificial and lose effectiveness once damaged.
- Wipe clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth; avoid harsh solvents, petrol or brake cleaner, which can attack the plastic compound.
- After fitting, check that the bar ends do not foul the fairing, tank or controls at full steering lock.
- Be aware that changing bar-end mass can alter handlebar vibration; if you notice a change, re-check that the fitting is fully seated and tight.
