The Vee Rubber VRM109R is a rear off-road motorcycle tyre in 350-18 (410), built for intermediate terrain — the mixed hardpack, loose dirt and trail surfaces most trail and enduro riders spend their time on.
It uses a tube type construction with a 6 ply rating, so it needs to be fitted with a matching inner tube (Vee Rubber recommends tube 72-325-18, sold separately). The VRM109 pattern is road legal, making it a practical choice for trail bikes and dual-purpose machines that need to link trails via the blacktop.
Suited to riders after a straightforward, well-priced replacement rear for 18-inch trail, enduro and ag/farm bikes.

- This is a tube type tyre — it must be fitted with an inner tube (Vee Rubber recommends 72-325-18) and must not be run tubeless.
- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre fitter using proper levers or a tyre machine; take care not to pinch the tube during fitting.
- Check that the tyre bead is seated evenly around the rim before bringing it to full pressure.
- Run the pressures specified by your motorcycle manufacturer for the intended surface, and check them when the tyre is cold before each ride.
- Ride gently for the first few kilometres to scrub in the new tread surface before pushing hard.
- Inspect regularly for cuts, embedded stones, torn knobs and uneven wear, and check the rim lock and valve stem alignment — a valve leaning forward indicates the tyre is slipping on the rim.
- Clean with mild soap and water only; avoid solvents, petrol and tyre dressings that can degrade the rubber or leave the tread slippery.
- Store spare tyres upright in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, ozone sources such as electric motors, and any chemicals.
- Replace the tyre when the tread is worn out, the carcass or knobs are damaged, or if the tyre has been run badly under-inflated.
