The Vance & Hines Twin Slash 3" Slip-Ons are a straightforward way to change the look, sound and character of a Harley-Davidson Sportster without touching the head pipes. The 3-inch bodies bolt onto the standard front pipes, so it is a bolt-on job with basic hand tools rather than a full system replacement.
Finished in black with full-coverage heat shields and the signature twin slash end treatment, they suit riders after a cleaner, more purposeful profile and a deeper note than stock. Quiet and competition baffles are offered separately if you want to fine-tune the volume.
Fitment note: our catalogue lists these as suiting Sportster models from 2014 to 2021, while some supplier listings quote 2014-2018 or 2014-2020. They are not compatible with non-US-spec 2017 and later models. Please confirm the year and market of your bike before ordering.

- Fit only when the engine and exhaust are completely cold, following the instructions supplied with the kit.
- Wipe fingerprints, oil and grease off the black finish before the first start-up - contaminants can bake into the surface permanently.
- Re-check the clamps, mounting bracket bolts and heat shield fasteners after the first few heat cycles, then periodically as part of routine servicing.
- Clean only once cool, using warm water and a mild detergent with a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.
- Avoid abrasives, solvents, acidic wheel cleaners and metal polishes on the black finish and heat shields.
- Do not direct a pressure washer into the muffler outlets or under the heat shields.
- If you change baffles, do so with the exhaust cold and refit all retaining hardware securely.
- After wet or coastal riding, rinse and dry the mufflers, then run the engine briefly to drive off internal moisture.
- Changing mufflers alters exhaust flow, so have fuelling checked by a qualified technician if the bike runs poorly.
- Confirm your state's noise and emissions requirements before road use.
