The Vance & Hines Shortshots Staggered PCX is a complete two-into-two exhaust system for 2018–2024 Milwaukee-Eight Softail models, finished in black. Short, staggered mufflers give the bike a cut-down, hot-rod profile, while full-coverage heat shields keep the look clean from end to end.
It uses Vance & Hines' PCX (Power Chamber Exhaust) design with a chambered high-flow catalyst cartridge, developed to build torque low in the rev range and deliver a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note than the standard system.
Fits Milwaukee-Eight Softail models except Fat Boy, Breakout and FXDR. Please confirm fitment for your model and year before ordering.

- Fit using the instructions supplied with the system; leave all header and muffler fasteners finger-tight until the complete system is aligned, then tighten evenly.
- Use fresh exhaust gaskets at the cylinder head ports so the joints seal correctly.
- Before the first start-up, wipe the pipes, mufflers and heat shields down to remove fingerprints, oil and assembly residue — these can bake permanently into the finish on the first heat cycle.
- Always let the system cool completely before cleaning or handling.
- Clean with warm water and mild soap on a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, metal polishes, solvents and acidic wheel cleaners, which will dull or stain the black finish.
- Re-check all exhaust and heat shield fasteners after the first few heat cycles, and periodically thereafter, as they can loosen with expansion and contraction.
- Protect the catalyst: avoid prolonged cranking that dumps raw fuel into the system, and don't run leaded fuel or heavy fuel additives.
- If you later change the air cleaner, cams or other engine components, have the fuelling checked by a tuner rather than running the bike lean or overly rich.
- Rinse and dry the system after riding in wet, salty or coastal conditions, and keep luggage, straps and clothing clear of hot pipes.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
