A complete replacement plastics kit from UFO Plast for the Honda CRF250R 2018-2021 and CRF450R 2017-2020, finished in the Special Edition red and grey colourway. Supplied as a full kit including fork sliders.

Suited to riders refreshing a race bike after a season of crashes and roost damage, or anyone wanting to restore tired, faded panels without going down the OEM parts route. Because the kit covers both the CRF250R and CRF450R across the listed model years, it is worth checking your bike's year against the fitment list before ordering.

Confirm your bike's exact model and year against the fitment list before fitting, as CRF250R and CRF450R year ranges differ.
Fit the panels using your bike's existing bolts, washers, well nuts and rubber grommets; replace any that are stripped, split or missing.
Start all fasteners by hand and tighten them evenly and lightly - overtightening will crack or dish the plastic around the mounting points.
Fitting the panels in warm conditions, or leaving them in the sun beforehand, makes them more flexible and easier to line up.
If you are applying graphics, do it before final assembly on clean, dry, degreased panels and work out air bubbles from the centre outwards.
Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge or cloth; avoid petrol, brake cleaner, thinners and other solvents, which will haze or soften the plastic.
Keep high-pressure washer nozzles well back from panel edges, graphics and fork sliders to avoid lifting edges or forcing water into fasteners.
Recheck all panel and fork slider fasteners after the first ride or two, then at regular service intervals, as vibration can loosen them.
Inspect the fork sliders for wear, cracking and secure mounting, and replace them if damaged so they keep protecting the fork tubes.
Store spare or removed panels flat and out of direct sunlight to limit fading and distortion.
