Description

The Shinko SR777F in 110/90-19 is a front tyre built for cruiser motorcycles, with a fitment range that covers a wide spread of V-twin and metric cruiser models. It pairs a grip-focused rubber compound with a siped, grooved tread pattern intended to keep traction predictable in both wet and dry conditions.

It suits riders after a dependable replacement front for road-going cruiser and custom builds — the sort of tyre you notice most when accelerating, braking and turning in, because it stays composed rather than demanding attention. Aramid belting and a reinforced carcass add load-carrying ability and a planted, stable feel underneath a heavy bike.

Sold individually as a single front tyre. Please confirm the size and fitment specified for your motorcycle before ordering.

Operations & maintenance

Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre technician using the correct rim size and a compatible tube or tubeless setup for your wheel.
Check that the size, load index and speed rating moulded on the sidewall meet the requirements listed in your motorcycle's owner's manual before fitting.
Observe any rotation direction arrow marked on the sidewall during fitting.
Ride conservatively for the first stretch after fitting so the mould release sheen wears off and the tread scrubs in evenly, avoiding hard acceleration, heavy braking and deep lean angles until then.
Check and adjust inflation pressures when the tyre is cold, using the pressures specified by your motorcycle manufacturer, and recheck regularly — underinflation causes overheating, uneven wear and vague handling.
Inspect the tread and sidewalls often for cuts, embedded objects, bulges, cracking or uneven wear, and have any damage assessed before riding.
Replace the tyre before the tread reaches the minimum legal depth in your state, and replace rather than repair any tyre with sidewall damage.
Clean with mild soap and water and a soft brush; avoid solvents, petrol and silicone tyre shine products, which can degrade the rubber and leave the tread slippery.
Store spare tyres upright in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, ozone sources such as electric motors, and oils or fuels.
Re-torque nothing and do not exceed the load or speed rating shown on the sidewall, and reduce speed and increase following distance in wet conditions or when the tyre is cold.
