Ufo TWIST 3.0 TITAN MATT

The Airoh Twist 3.0 is a lightweight off-road helmet built for motocross, enduro and trail riding, finished here in the understated Titan Matt colourway. Its double HRT thermoplastic shell keeps overall weight down at around 1330 g, while a ventilation layout developed in the wind tunnel helps it stay comfortable on long, hot or high-effort days in the dirt.

The third-generation Twist brings a redesigned shell profile with an adjustable peak and rear spoiler, plus Airoh's ASN sliding net and AEFR emergency cheek pad release systems. It is also pre-shaped for the fitment of a Bluetooth communication system, so you can add intercom or music without modifying the liner.

Check the fit before first ride: the helmet should sit firmly without pressure points, and the double D-ring strap should be pulled snug enough that you cannot roll the helmet forward off your head.
Fasten the double D-ring correctly every time — thread the strap through both rings, back through the inner ring only, then pull tight and secure the loose end.
Clean the outer shell and matt finish with lukewarm water and a mild, neutral soap using a soft cloth or sponge; avoid petrol, solvents, degreasers and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the paint and the thermoplastic shell.
Soften dried mud and insects by laying a damp cloth over the area for a few minutes rather than scrubbing.
Hand-wash removable comfort liner and cheek pads in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, rinse well and air dry in the shade — never machine dry, iron or dry them on a heater or in direct sun.
After wet or muddy rides, allow the helmet and padding to dry fully at room temperature before storing to prevent odour and mould.
Store in the supplied helmet bag or a padded space in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, fuel and exhaust fumes, and never on a mirror or handlebar where it can fall.
Adjust the peak with the fitted screws only; tighten firmly by hand and do not over-torque, and re-check the fasteners periodically as vibration can loosen them.
Use the pre-formed recesses when installing a Bluetooth communication system so speakers and cabling do not create pressure on the head, and refit the liner correctly afterwards.
The AEFR cheek pad release tabs are for emergency removal by trained responders — do not use them as a routine way to take the helmet off.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no damage is visible, and do not attempt to repair or repaint the shell.
