- Check your motorcycle's owner manual for the correct coolant capacity and recommended service interval before use.
- Always allow the engine to cool completely before opening the radiator cap or coolant reservoir — never open under pressure.
- If topping up only, add coolant to the reservoir to the marked maximum level; avoid overfilling.
- When performing a full flush, drain the old coolant completely, rinse the system with clean water if recommended by your manual, then refill.
- Dispose of used coolant responsibly in accordance with local council and environmental regulations — do not pour down drains or onto soil.
- Store unused coolant in its original sealed container, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and out of reach of children and animals.
- Do not mix with other coolant brands or types unless confirmed compatible, as mixing can reduce effectiveness or cause deposits.
- After refilling, run the engine briefly with the cap loose or off (where safe) to purge air pockets, then top up as needed once the thermostat opens.
