The Michelin Airstop 10B1 is a replacement inner tube for 10-inch wheels, covering the 3.00-10, 3.50-10 and 100/90-10 tyre sizes commonly fitted to scooters and smaller motorcycles.
Michelin's Airstop tubes use an overlap splice rather than the butt splice found on many alternatives, and the splice sits opposite the valve for a more evenly balanced tube that better resists pinching in service.
A sensible choice for daily commuters and weekend riders who want a straightforward, quality replacement at the next tyre change or after a puncture.

- Check that the tube size matches the tyre marking on your sidewall (3.00-10, 3.50-10 or 100/90-10) and that the valve type and rim hole match your wheel before fitting.
- Dust the tube lightly with talc or tyre-fitting powder before installation so it can settle evenly inside the casing instead of bunching or chafing.
- Inflate the tube just enough to hold its shape during fitting, then work it in by hand and keep tyre levers clear of it to avoid pinching.
- Inspect the rim band or tape and replace it if damaged; exposed spoke ends or rim burrs will puncture a new tube.
- Seat the valve squarely through the rim hole and do not overtighten the valve nut, so the valve stem is not pulled sideways as the tyre seats.
- Inflate to the pressure specified by your motorcycle or scooter manufacturer, then re-check pressure after the first ride and regularly thereafter.
- Re-check the valve stem angle periodically; a stem that has started to lean indicates the tyre is creeping on the rim and needs attention.
- Store spare tubes in their packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, solvents, oils and ozone-producing electric motors.
- Do not fit a tube inside a tubeless tyre, or a tube in a tyre that is cut, worn out or has damaged beads.
- Replace rather than repair a tube that has been pinched, split at the valve base or damaged near the splice.
