Alpinestars Tech T Trials Brown Oil

The Alpinestars Tech-T is a dedicated trials boot, developed and tested across demanding trials terrain around the world and worn in competition by multiple-time world champion Toni Bou.

It is built around the two things a trials rider asks of a boot: real protection for the shin and foot, and enough feel through the sole to place and hold the bike on the pegs. The proprietary trials sole gives support and impact protection without deadening feedback, while the ergonomic shinplate handles the knocks that come with rocks, logs and hard sections.

Break the boots in gradually over a few shorter rides so the upper and sole mould to your foot before a full day of riding.
Undo the fastenings fully when putting the boots on and taking them off rather than forcing your foot through, which stresses the closures.
Check before every ride that the shinplate sits correctly and all fastenings are secure and undamaged.
After riding, knock off loose mud and dirt, then clean with a soft brush and lukewarm water; avoid solvents, petrol, degreasers and harsh detergents.
Dry the boots naturally at room temperature and out of direct sunlight — never on a heater, in front of a fire or in a tumble dryer, as heat can harden and distort the materials.
Do not machine wash the boots.
Inspect the sole regularly and replace the boots once the tread is worn smooth, as grip and peg feel both suffer.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, standing upright so the boots keep their shape.
Retire any boot with cracked, split or impact-damaged protective components — damaged protection cannot be relied on.
