The Alpinestars Tech 3 Enduro is the enduro-focused version of the brand's class-leading Tech boot range, bringing track-proven motocross technology into an anatomically profiled boot built for off-road riding. Its key point of difference is an extended gaiter that helps keep water out on wet trails and creek crossings.

Built around a durable yet lightweight main shell, the Tech 3 pairs a contoured polyurethane shin plate and reinforced rear leather plate with an internal shock-absorbing ankle brace system, so protection comes from both the outside and inside of the boot. Action leather and stitched flex zones keep break-in time short.

Suited to riders moving up from entry-level footwear as well as experienced enduro and motocross riders who want serious protection at a realistic price. Finished in black.

Allow a short break-in period: wear the boots for a few shorter rides so the Action leather and stitched flex zones mould to your foot and ankle before a long day off-road.
Fit the boots over your riding pants or knee braces and work the four buckles from the bottom up, then close the top hook-and-loop strap last so the extended gaiter seals properly.
Check buckle tension before every ride — the memory buckles hold their setting, so once dialled in they only need a quick visual check.
Knock off loose mud and dirt after each ride, then wipe the leather and plastics with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid solvents, petrol and harsh degreasers on the leather and PU plates.
Remove the anatomic footbed after wet or muddy rides and let the boot and footbed dry separately.
Dry the boots at room temperature with good airflow. Do not use direct heat such as heaters, hair dryers or direct sunlight, as this can harden and crack the leather.
Treat the leather periodically with a suitable leather conditioner to keep it supple, particularly after repeated wet rides.
Inspect the soles and buckles for wear or damage — both are replaceable, so fit genuine Alpinestars replacement parts rather than riding on worn components.
Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with buckles loosely fastened so the shell keeps its shape.
Replace the boots after a significant crash or impact if the shin plate, ankle brace system or sole shows cracking or deformation.
