Description

A replacement inner bladder for the Nuetech Tubliss tubeless conversion system, sized for 18-inch rims. It is the high-pressure bladder component only — it is not a standalone tube and cannot be used in place of a conventional inner tube.

Suited to off-road and enduro riders already running a Tubliss system who need to refresh a damaged, punctured or ageing bladder without replacing the complete kit. Fitting follows the same procedure as the original Tubliss installation, so keep your existing rim components and instructions on hand.

Operations & maintenance

Fit and inflate strictly in accordance with Nuetech's official Tubliss installation instructions for your rim size — the bladder runs at a much higher pressure than the tyre itself.
Use only as an internal bladder inside a Tubliss system; it is not designed to work as a conventional inner tube.
Use tyre-safe lubricant and take care with tyre levers during fitting — pinching or nicking the bladder will cause a leak.
Check the rim and the inside of the tyre for debris, burrs or sharp edges before installing a new bladder.
Make sure both the bladder valve and the tyre valve are seated squarely and the valve nuts are correctly tightened.
Check bladder pressure before each ride, or at least as often as you check tyre pressure; a soft bladder can allow the tyre bead to unseat.
Inspect the bladder for cuts, abrasion or heat damage whenever the tyre is off, and replace it if any damage is found.
Store spare bladders flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, petrol, oils and solvents.
Avoid running the tyre flat or under-inflated, as this accelerates wear on the bladder.
