Alpinestars T Jaws V3 WP Jacket Black Red Fluro

The Alpinestars T-Jaws V3 Waterproof Jacket is a sport riding textile jacket built around a multi-fabric poly-textile shell with heavier-denier reinforcement mapped over the areas most exposed in a slide. A fixed waterproof membrane handles wet weather, while zippered direct air intakes and a mesh lining let you open the jacket up when the temperature climbs.

A removable Primaloft thermal liner adds warmth without bulk, so the one jacket covers a broad spread of Australian riding conditions rather than a single season. Bio Armor shoulder and elbow protectors are fitted as standard, and the jacket is built to accept an Alpinestars Nucleon back protector and chest pads as accessory upgrades.

It suits commuters and sport-touring riders in the Black/Fluo Red colourway, which carries reflective graphics on the sleeves and back for low-light visibility.

Remove the shoulder and elbow protectors, the thermal liner and any accessory back protector or chest pads before washing.
Wash the outer shell by hand in cool water with a mild detergent made for technical garments; rinse thoroughly so no detergent residue is left in the fabric.
Avoid bleach, solvents, fabric softeners and petrol or brake-cleaner contact — these can damage the poly-textile shell and the waterproof membrane.
Do not tumble dry or iron. Hang the jacket to dry on a wide hanger away from direct sunlight, heaters and exhaust pipes.
Spot-clean the armour and the inside of the liner pockets with a damp cloth and let them air dry fully before refitting.
Refit the shoulder, elbow and back protectors in their correct pockets after every wash and check they sit over the joints once the jacket is zipped and the biceps and waist adjusters are set.
Close the shoulder air intakes in wet weather and keep the main and pocket zips clean; brush out grit and run a little zip lubricant along the teeth if they start to bind.
Fit the removable Primaloft liner for cold rides and take it out for warm weather; store it clean and dry so the insulation keeps its loft.
Use the internal waist connection zip to join the jacket to compatible Alpinestars riding pants for better coverage at speed.
Inspect the shell, seams, stitching and reflective panels regularly for abrasion damage, and replace the jacket or any impacted protector after a crash.
Store on a broad hanger in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place rather than compressed in a bag, and make sure it is completely dry before storing.
