Alpinestars Supertech SM10 Solid Helmet ECE 22.06 Black Gloss Carbon

The Alpinestars Supertech SM10 is the brand's flagship off-road helmet, built for motocross, enduro and off-road riders who want the highest level of head protection Alpinestars offers. This is the Solid colourway in gloss black carbon, with the weave visible through the finish.

Its multi-composite shell combines a 3K carbon outer layer, a unidirectional carbon layer and an aramid fibre layer bonded with epoxy resin, working together with a four-density EPS liner to manage both straight-on and angled impacts. MIPS is integrated to help reduce rotational forces, while the redesigned chin bar profile is sculpted and padded to lower the risk of collarbone contact in a crash.

Four shell sizes across six rider sizes keep the fit anatomical and the weight down, and the patented A-Head Fitment System lets you fine-tune the angle and height the helmet sits on your head. This listing is the ECE 22.06 version.

Fit the helmet snugly with no pressure points, then set the A-Head system so the helmet sits level and at the right height before adjusting the chin strap.
Remove the comfort liner and cheek pads for washing; hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild soap, rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct heat or sunlight — never machine dry.
Clean the shell with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap only. Avoid petrol, solvents, ammonia-based cleaners and abrasives, which can damage the carbon finish, the EPS and the MIPS layer.
Soak dried mud or roost on the shell and visor with water before wiping, so grit is not dragged across the surface.
Check that the side pads, visor and visor extension screws are secure before each ride, and refit removable parts fully after cleaning.
Dry the helmet fully after wet or muddy rides, then store it in the supplied helmet bag in a cool, dry place — do not hang it on a mirror or handlebar, and keep it away from fuel vapours.
Keep the MIPS low-friction layer free of dirt and do not lubricate or modify it.
Do not paint, apply stickers or adhesives, or drill the shell, and do not fit accessories that were not designed for this helmet.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if there is no visible damage, and replace worn liners or visors with genuine Alpinestars parts.
