A replacement States MX alloy motocross rim in an 18 x 2.15 size with 36 spoke holes, drilled in a 2X/LHH pattern and finished in black. It is a common rear-wheel size for enduro and off-road machines running an 18-inch rear.

Suited to riders rebuilding a damaged wheel, refreshing a tired hub, or building a spare wheelset for race weekends. Sold as a single rim, so your existing hub, spokes and nipples can be re-used or replaced to suit.

Check the rim size, hole count and drilling pattern against your original wheel before lacing, as patterns differ between hubs and models.
Have the wheel laced and trued by a qualified wheel builder if you are not experienced with spoke work.
Use spokes and nipples matched to the hub and this rim's hole count and drilling; do not force mismatched components.
Tension spokes evenly and progressively, and true the wheel for both radial and lateral runout before fitting a tyre.
Re-check spoke tension after the first ride or two on a freshly laced wheel, then periodically as part of routine maintenance.
Fit a rim tape or rim band and a rim lock as appropriate to protect the tube and stop the tyre spinning on the rim.
Wash with mild soap and water and dry thoroughly; avoid harsh solvents, acidic wheel cleaners and abrasive pads that can mark the black finish.
Inspect the rim after heavy landings or rock strikes for dents, flat spots and cracks around the spoke holes, and stop using a cracked rim.
Avoid over-tightening spokes in an attempt to pull out a dent, as this can distort the rim and pull nipples through.
Store spare rims flat or hung, in a dry place, away from chemicals and knocks.
