A genuine HJC replacement cheek pad set for the HJC C70 helmet, supplied in the 35mm thickness that suits size S and size L shells. It's the straightforward fix when the original pads have compressed with use, become worn or grubby, or you simply want a fresh interior without replacing the helmet.

Cheek pads are also the main way to fine-tune how a helmet holds your face, so a set in the correct thickness helps restore the snug, even fit the C70 had when new. Check your helmet size against the thickness chart before fitting — this set is the 35mm pad, which suits size S and size L C70 shells.
Remove the old pads by releasing them from the helmet's fasteners, then seat the new pads fully so they clip home evenly on both sides.
Make sure the chin strap runs free and unobstructed through the pads before riding, and confirm the helmet sits snug on the cheeks without hard pressure points.
Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild soap; do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
Avoid petrol, solvents, ammonia-based cleaners and strong detergents, which can damage the foam and covering.
Air dry the pads fully in the shade before refitting — never use a heater, hair dryer or direct sunlight.
After wet rides, take the pads out and let both the pads and the helmet interior dry completely to prevent odour.
Do not trim, glue or otherwise modify the pads, and fit them only to the helmet model they are made for.
Store spare pads loose in a cool, dry place rather than compressed under weight, and replace them once they feel flattened or the helmet starts to feel loose.
