Wash before first use and rinse thoroughly after each use, particularly after sports or electrolyte drinks, to prevent residue and odour.
Dishwasher safe — place on the top rack, with the cap and any small parts secured or washed separately.
Freezer safe — part-fill only and leave headspace so the liquid can expand as it freezes, and leave the cap loose or off while freezing.
Do not use boiling water, and avoid microwaving or leaving the bottle in direct sunlight or a hot vehicle for long periods.
Clean with warm soapy water and a soft bottle brush; avoid abrasive scourers, bleach and solvents, which can scratch or cloud the plastic.
Dry fully with the cap off before storing, and store the bottle open to keep the interior fresh.
Check the cap and seal regularly for cracks or wear, and replace the bottle if it is damaged or leaking.
Recycle the bottle through kerbside or local plastics recycling at end of life.
