Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water; avoid petroleum-based solvents, harsh chemicals, or abrasive pads, as these can degrade the shell and graphics.
Remove the inner liner and cheek pads (if removable) and hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent; allow to air dry fully before refitting.
Clean the visor/goggles separately using a clean, damp microfibre cloth to avoid scratching; never wipe a dry visor.
Allow all helmet components to dry completely in a well-ventilated, shaded area — never use direct heat sources such as a hairdryer or direct sunlight.
