Place the speakers into the NXR2's designated speaker pockets as directed in the quick start guide — no tools are required.
Route the cables through the helmet lining before refitting the interior padding to ensure a secure, rattle-free installation.
Charge the unit fully before first use via the USB-C port.
Install the Sena Device Manager (desktop) or Sena Utility App (mobile) to check for and apply firmware updates, which can improve performance and compatibility.
To clean, wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, lightly dampened cloth; never use solvents, alcohol-based sprays or direct water streams on the unit or connectors.
Avoid directing compressed air at microphone or speaker openings.
If the helmet will not be used for an extended period, store the SRL-EXT charged to a partial level rather than fully discharged to preserve battery health.
Store the helmet and unit in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
