Rjays Tracer 2 Air JKT Night OPS Camo

The Rjays Tracer 2 Air is a men's textile touring jacket built around a 600D polyester and K-492 mesh outer shell, finished in the Night Ops Camo colourway. The mesh panelling moves air through the jacket in warm conditions, while the removable waterproof and breathable liner lets the same jacket handle cooler, wetter rides.

It suits commuters and touring riders who want one jacket for changing Australian conditions rather than a dedicated summer mesh and a separate wet-weather shell. Protection comes from CE Level 2 armour at the shoulders and elbows, with a foam rubber pad at the back.

Remove the waterproof liner, hood and all armour before washing the outer shell.
Hand wash the outer shell in cool water with a mild detergent; do not use bleach, solvents or fabric softener, which can degrade the mesh and reflective print.
Rinse the waterproof liner separately and let it dry naturally rather than machine drying it.
Hang the jacket to dry away from direct heat sources such as heaters, dryers or hot exhausts.
Check that the CE Level 2 shoulder and elbow armour and the back pad are seated correctly in their pockets after every wash or liner change.
Run the waterproof liner when rain is likely and remove it in hot weather so the mesh panels can flow air.
Keep zips clean and free of grit; a light zip lubricant helps the main and liner zips run smoothly.
Store on a broad hanger in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the armour installed so it holds its shape.
Inspect stitching, zips, adjusters and armour periodically, and replace any armour that has been impacted in a crash.
