Always wet the visor surface with clean water before wiping — wiping a dry visor risks scratching the iridium coating.
Use only lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap applied with a soft microfibre cloth; rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Never use solvents, acetone, petrol, alcohol-based window cleaners or abrasive cloths or pads, as these will permanently damage the mirror coating.
Store the visor in a soft protective pouch or the helmet bag when not in use to prevent surface scratches.
