The Rjays Sector is a men's textile motorcycle jacket built for year-round road riding, combining a tough multi-fabric outer shell with CE-rated armour at the shoulders, elbows and back. Panels of 600D polyester, 500D nylon, rip-stop and leather are placed through the construction, while large mesh vent panels and multi-point stretch sections keep the fit comfortable in the saddle.

A removable waterproof and breathable liner rated 10,000mm/10,000mm lets the same jacket handle wet commutes and warmer days, and the waist connection zip allows it to be joined to matching riding pants. Remove the CE armour and the waterproof/breathable liner before washing the outer shell, and refit them the same way afterwards.
Wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent made for technical fabrics; avoid bleach, solvents, fabric softeners and dry cleaning, which can damage the coatings and leather panels.
Do not tumble dry or iron — hang the jacket to dry away from direct heat sources and sunlight.
Wipe the leather panels with a damp cloth only and let them air dry naturally; do not force-dry them.
Wash the liner separately by hand and let it drip dry; do not wring it out.
Close the ventilation panels and fit the liner before riding in rain, and remove the liner and open the mesh vents in warm weather.
Check before each ride that the shoulder, elbow and back armour is seated correctly in its pockets and that the waist adjusters are set for a snug, non-restrictive fit.
Run zips clean of grit and keep them lubricated with a zip-safe lubricant so the waist connection zip and main closure stay smooth.
Inspect stitching, abrasion panels and armour after any crash or slide, and replace the jacket or armour if either is damaged — impact protection is single-use once compressed or torn.
Store on a broad hanger in a cool, dry, ventilated place rather than folded or compressed, and make sure it is completely dry before storing to prevent mould and odour.
