Confirm the pick-ups suit your Rjays stand and your bike's swingarm before use — measure or compare against the originals if you are unsure.
Fit both pick-ups to the stand and make sure they are secured and evenly positioned before any attempt to lift the bike.
Use the stand only on level, solid ground, and keep the bike in gear or with the front brake secured while you raise it.
Check that both pick-ups are seated squarely under the swingarm and taking load evenly before you let go of the bike.
Keep the pick-up contact faces free of oil, grease and chain lube so they do not slip under the swingarm.
Inspect the pick-ups regularly for wear, cracks, bending or elongated mounting holes, and stop using them if any are found.
Replace pick-ups as a pair rather than singly, so both sides support the swingarm the same way.
Store the stand and pick-ups dry and off the floor to limit corrosion.
Do not work under, sit on or apply heavy sideways force to a bike supported only on a rear stand — use additional support for heavier jobs.
