The Rjays Division is a three-season men's textile touring jacket built around a 500D nylon shell with Monaco leather panels at the high-wear areas. It arrives with CE armour in the shoulders and elbows plus an EVA rubber back pad, so the protective side is sorted straight out of the bag.

Two removable liners do the seasonal work: a 15,000mm waterproof membrane liner for wet rides and a 100g thermal liner for cold mornings. Pull both out and the direct air vents and multi-panel poly mesh comfort liner keep things breathable through warmer months.

Suited to commuters and touring riders who want one jacket that adapts across the year, with arm and waist adjusters for fit, generous pocket storage and reflective welding for low-light visibility. This listing is the black colourway in size Large.

Remove both the waterproof and thermal liners and take out the shoulder, elbow and back protectors before any washing — armour and liners should never go through a wash cycle fitted in the shell.
Sponge or hand wash the outer shell in cool water with a mild detergent; avoid bleach, solvents, petrol and other harsh chemicals that can damage the nylon and the leather panels.
Wipe the Monaco leather panels with a damp cloth and let them dry naturally; keep them away from direct heat.
Drip dry the shell and liners in a well-ventilated spot out of direct sunlight — do not tumble dry, iron or dry near a heater or exhaust.
Fit the waterproof liner for wet rides and add the thermal liner in cold weather; remove both and open the air vents in warmer conditions.
Check before every ride that the CE shoulder and elbow armour and the EVA back pad are seated correctly in their pockets and have not shifted.
Use the arm and waist adjusters to take up slack so the armour stays over the joints it protects, and fasten the snap button wrist closures.
Join the jacket to compatible riding trousers with the waist connection zip for a sealed fit on longer rides.
Keep zips clean and free of grit, and run a zip lubricant through them occasionally so they stay smooth.
Store on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place with the liners removed or unzipped so any residual moisture can escape.
Retire and replace the jacket after a crash or significant impact, as the shell and armour may be compromised even when damage is not obvious.
