The Rjays Day Magnetic Tank Bag is a compact tank bag built for everyday riding — commutes, day rides and weekend runs where you only need to carry the essentials within easy reach. The main compartment swallows a wallet, keys, phone and sunglasses, with extra zippered pockets to keep smaller items separated.
Two long magnets in the non-slip rubber base hold the bag securely on a steel tank, and a single-point quick-release steering head strap acts as a safety tether. A carry handle and removable shoulder strap mean it comes off the bike and goes with you at the other end, while reflective piping adds a little presence after dark. A rain cover is supplied for wet weather.

- Wipe the tank clean of dust and grit before fitting — particles trapped under the base are the main cause of paint scratching with any magnetic bag.
- Magnets only hold on steel tanks; they will not grip aluminium, plastic or carbon fibre tank covers.
- Always connect the single-point quick-release steering head safety strap before riding, so the bag is tethered if the magnets are dislodged.
- Seat the bag squarely and lift it straight off the tank rather than dragging it sideways.
- Keep credit cards, hotel keycards, key fobs and other magnetically sensitive items away from the base magnets.
- Pack the heavier items low and centred, and keep the load light enough that the magnets and non-slip base stay seated at speed.
- Fit the supplied rain cover before riding into wet weather, not after the bag is already soaked.
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap only; avoid solvents, petrol and harsh cleaners, and let the bag air dry away from direct heat.
- Store the bag empty and completely dry in a cool place, and check zips, stitching and the shoulder strap fittings periodically.
