Fit using torque values specified in your motorcycle's service manual for handlebar clamps, top clamp bolts, and all control brackets — never guess torque figures.
Inspect the handlebar for cracks, deep gouges, or deformation before every ride; a damaged handlebar must be replaced, never repaired or straightened.
Re-torque all control clamps (brake lever, clutch lever, throttle tube, switches) to manufacturer specification after installation and after any significant impact.
Route cables and wiring correctly before tightening clamps to avoid pinching or binding under steering lock.
