The Oxford Aquatex Scooter Seat Cover (also known as the Oxford ScootSeat) is a universal, shaped waterproof cover that slips over your scooter or motorcycle seat to keep it dry and protected between rides. It shields the saddle from rain, snow, sun and dust, and suits both outdoor parking and indoor or garage storage.
It is a practical pick for commuters and anyone who parks outside all day, where a soaked seat is the difference between a comfortable ride home and a wet one. An elasticated hem pulls the cover in snugly under the seat, and reflective print adds a little visibility when the bike is parked in low light.
The cover packs down into its own storage pouch, and the pouch can be locked under the seat so the cover stays with the bike. Available in Medium and Large.

- Measure your seat before ordering — the listed sizes are approximate because the covers are shaped, so choose the size that comfortably covers your saddle.
- Let the seat and exhaust cool before fitting, and keep the cover clear of hot components.
- Pull the elasticated hem right under the lip of the seat so it sits snug and cannot lift or flap in wind.
- To secure the cover, thread the storage pouch under the seat and lock it in place.
- Wipe the cover clean with a damp cloth and mild soapy water; avoid solvents, petrol-based cleaners and abrasive scourers, which can damage the waterproof surface and the reflective print.
- Shake off water and allow the cover to dry fully before folding it into the pouch — packing it away damp can lead to mildew and odour.
- Store folded in the supplied pouch, out of direct sunlight, when not in use.
- Check the elasticated hem and seams periodically for stretching, tears or fraying, and replace the cover if the waterproof layer is punctured.
