Let the exhaust, engine and brakes cool completely before fitting the cover — do not allow it to contact hot exhausts or engine parts.
Keep the cover clear of sharp objects, damaged fairing edges and rough surfaces that can pierce or abrade the coated fabric.
Measure your bike's length, width and height against the size chart and choose the closest fit; the covers are shaped, so the dimensions are approximate.
Fit the elasticated hem under the bike and fasten the belly strap so the cover sits snug — a loose cover flaps in wind and can mark paintwork.
Sponge off dirt and road grime with cool or lukewarm water and a mild detergent, then rinse; avoid solvents, petrol-based cleaners and abrasive brushes that attack the PU coating.
Hang the cover to air dry fully before folding it away — packing it damp into the carrier encourages mildew and odour.
Store it in the supplied zipped carrier in a dry place when it is not on the bike.
If the bike is covered outdoors for long periods, lift the cover occasionally to let trapped moisture escape and check for pooling water on flat sections.
