A genuine LS2 replacement inner liner kit for the FF807 helmet. Over time the original padding compresses and absorbs sweat, which loosens the fit and dulls the comfort of an otherwise good helmet — this kit brings back the factory feel, fit and hygiene without the cost of a new lid.

The liner and cheek pads are removable and washable, shaped to the helmet's original mounting points so they drop straight in. The cheek pads carry the LS2 emergency release system, allowing trained first responders to withdraw the pads and remove the helmet with less movement of the rider's head and neck.

Suited to any FF807 owner refreshing a well-used helmet, or fine-tuning fit with a different size of liner. Please check your helmet model and current liner size before ordering.

  • Remove the liner and cheek pads gently — release the press studs and mounting tabs by hand rather than pulling on the fabric.
  • Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild soap or gentle detergent; avoid bleach, solvents and strong cleaning chemicals.
  • Rinse thoroughly so no detergent residue is left against the skin, then press out excess water without wringing or twisting the padding.
  • Air dry in the shade at room temperature. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry near a heater, in a car or in direct sun — heat can distort the foam and adhesives.
  • Make sure the liner and pads are completely dry before refitting; damp padding encourages odour and mould.
  • Refit using the helmet's original studs and tabs, and check every fastening is properly engaged before riding.
  • Route and seat the emergency release tabs exactly as they came, so the pads can still be pulled clear if you're ever attended to after a crash.
  • Wash regularly if you ride often or in hot weather — sweat and hair products break padding down faster than dirt does.
  • Expect a firm fit at first; new padding beds in slightly with use, so choose the size that feels snug rather than loose.
  • Replace the liner if it stays compressed, thin or misshapen, and always replace a helmet that has been in a crash — new padding does not restore a damaged shell.
