The Leatt 4.5 HybridPro Junior Chest Protector pairs a hard shell front with a soft shell back, giving young moto riders roost deflection where they need it most and flexible comfort everywhere else. The chest uses lightweight, ventilated FlexMesh Pro impact protection, while the back is built around soft 3DF AirFit impact foam that moulds to the body and keeps airflow moving.

Built for junior motocross, enduro and off-road riders, the flex joints and soft foam construction allow the protector to move in three dimensions for a close, comfortable fit. Adjustable over-the-shoulder straps and an elastic chest strap hold everything in place, and the slimline BraceOn system lets a Leatt neck brace be worn over or under the shirt. Shoulder guards are included as standard.

Fit the protector over a base layer, then set the over-the-shoulder straps and elastic chest strap so the hard shell sits centred on the chest with no side-to-side movement.
Re-check strap adjustment as the rider grows, and before each ride confirm buckles and straps are undamaged and fully engaged.
If a Leatt neck brace is worn, remove the rear plates as required so the BraceOn system seats correctly, and refit them when the brace is not in use.
Remove dirt and dust from the shells with a soft damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse lightly with clean water.
Hand wash the foam and mesh components in cool water with a mild detergent; do not use solvents, bleach or harsh cleaners on any part of the protector.
Air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as heaters, dryers or a hot vehicle, as heat can distort the shell and degrade the foam.
Dry the protector fully before storing it, and keep it flat or hanging in a cool, dry place rather than compressed under other gear.
Inspect the shell, foam and stitching after any significant crash and replace the protector if there are cracks, splits, permanently compressed foam or damaged straps.
Do not modify, drill or cut the shells or padding, as this compromises the certified protection.
