The Leatt ReaFlex Women's Chest Protector is a lightweight, CE-certified impact protector shaped specifically for the female form, with a 3D pre-curved chest, additional coverage and a strap layout tailored to fit women properly.

Protection comes from Leatt's own ReaFlex material, which stays soft and flexible while riding but reacts and absorbs energy under impact. It is used across both the chest and the extended back panel, so you get coverage low down the spine without the bulk of a hard shell. Ventilation slots and a slim profile keep it breathable and easy to wear under a jersey.

Suited to off-road, motocross, enduro and trail riders who want genuine impact protection with minimal bulk. It can be worn with or without a Leatt neck brace thanks to the slimmer BraceOn fitting system.

Choose your size using rider height (148–178 cm across the range) and confirm against the Leatt size guide before first ride.
Adjust the shoulder and waist straps so the chest plate sits centred and snug over the sternum with no movement when you twist — a loose protector will not perform as certified.
If you ride with a Leatt neck brace, fit the brace using the BraceOn system so the brace sits on the protector rather than being pinched between it and your shoulders.
Wear it over a moisture-wicking base layer to keep the ventilation slots working and to stop sweat sitting against the impact material.
Hand wash with cool water and a mild soap; rinse thoroughly and do not use solvents, petrol, degreasers or bleach on the ReaFlex material or straps.
Air dry away from direct sunlight, heaters and dryers — heat can distort the moulded panels and weaken the impact material.
Dry it fully after wet or muddy rides before storing, and keep it flat or hung in a cool, dry place rather than crushed in the bottom of a gear bag.
Check the straps, buckles and stitching for wear before each ride and replace the protector if any part is damaged.
Retire and replace the protector after a significant impact, even if there is no visible damage.
