Quad Lock Waterproof Wireless Charging Head USB Cable - Right Angle

The Quad Lock Waterproof Wireless Charging Head USB Cable is the replacement power lead for the Quad Lock waterproof wireless charging head. It runs from a USB-A power source to a right-angle USB-C plug, so the connection sits flush against the charging head and keeps the cable run tidy on a handlebar or stem mount.

Built for outdoor use, the cable carries an IP66 water-resistance rating, making it suited to riders who leave their charging setup permanently fitted to the bike. The 1.2 metre length gives enough reach to route from a power outlet or hard-wired supply to the mount without excess slack.

Plug the right-angle USB-C end into the wireless charging head and the USB-A end into a suitable powered USB source.
Route the cable clear of steering lock-to-lock movement, suspension travel, hot engine or exhaust components and any pinch points, then secure the slack with cable ties or clips.
Avoid tight bends at either plug; leave a gentle loop near the charging head so vibration is not transferred directly into the connector.
Always unplug by gripping the connector housing rather than pulling on the cable.
The IP66 rating covers rain and washdown exposure, but do not submerge the cable or pressure-wash directly at the connectors.
After riding in heavy rain or washing the bike, wipe the connectors dry and let any trapped moisture evaporate before reconnecting power.
Clean with a soft, damp cloth only; do not use solvents, degreasers or chain cleaner on the cable or plugs.
Inspect periodically for chafing, cuts, corroded pins or a loose fit, and replace the cable if the outer jacket is damaged.
If charging becomes intermittent, check the cable and power source first before assuming a fault with the charging head.
