The Quad Lock Motorcycle Handlebar Mount PRO is the premium handlebar phone mount in the Quad Lock motorcycle range, built around a CNC machined, black anodised aluminium clamp and arm with black stainless steel hardware. It holds your phone through Quad Lock's patented dual-stage lock, so the device attaches and releases in a single twist but stays put while you ride.

It suits road, adventure and track riders who want a durable, low-profile cockpit setup that looks close to factory. The clamp fits the common handlebar diameters from 22mm through to 35mm using the supplied spacers, and the arm rotates a full 360 degrees so you can set the phone at whatever angle reads best for navigation. Use it with or without the extension arm depending on how much reach you need.

Requires a Quad Lock phone case or the Quad Lock Universal Adaptor (sold separately).

Choose the bar spacer that matches your handlebar diameter before fitting — the clamp suits 35mm bars on its own, and the four supplied spacers step it down to 32mm, 28mm, 25mm or 22mm.
Tighten the clamp hardware evenly with the supplied hex key until the mount is firm on the bar; do not overtighten, as the aluminium clamp and stainless hardware can be damaged by excessive force.
Decide early whether you want the extension arm fitted — set the 360 degree arm rotation to your preferred viewing angle, then lock the hardware down.
To run a charge cable through the mount, remove the plug in the upper clamp and route the USB cable through the internal channel so it is clear of steering, levers and the front wheel.
If you are fitting a Quad Lock Weatherproof Wireless Charging Head or USB Charger, use the supplied M5 x 35 black screw in place of the charger's silver screw for a matched finish.
Re-check the clamp bolts and arm hardware after your first few rides and periodically after that, as vibration can loosen fasteners over time.
Before each ride, confirm the phone is fully engaged in the dual-stage lock — the lever should be seated, not part-way.
Keep the index head, lever and case interface free of grit and road dirt; wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild soapy water, then dry.
Avoid solvents, degreasers, petrol and harsh cleaners on the anodised finish and the plastic index head.
Remove your phone when the bike is parked, both for security and to keep the handset out of prolonged direct sunlight and heat.
