The Quad Lock Motorcycle Fork Stem Mount secures your phone in the hollow tube of your bike's fork stem — a tidy, central mounting position favoured by sport bike riders who have little or no usable handlebar real estate. Two expanding spacers do the work inside the stem tube, so the mount sits low and out of the way while keeping the screen in your natural line of sight.

It uses Quad Lock's patented dual-stage locking mechanism, so the phone twists on and off one-handed but stays put over rough roads. The supplied hex key lets you dial in height and viewing angle to suit your riding position, and the mount works with the full Quad Lock case range as well as the Universal Adaptor.

Phone case or Universal Adaptor is not included and must be purchased separately.

Check first that your bike has a hollow, cylindrical fork stem tube with no internal lip, and measure the internal diameter — the supplied expanding spacers cover 12.7mm to 24mm.
Select the spacer that matches your stem tube, slide the mount in, then set the height and viewing angle before tightening.
Use only the supplied Allen (hex) key and tighten the expanding spacer until the mount is firm — the body is glass-filled nylon, so over-torquing can damage it.
Re-check tightness after your first couple of rides and then periodically, as vibration can loosen the fastener over time.
Before every ride, seat the case or Universal Adaptor on the index head, twist until it locks, and give the phone a light tug to confirm the dual-stage lock has engaged.
Keep the index head and the matching case interface free of grit and road dust so the lock engages cleanly; brush or rinse and dry as needed.
Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water only. Avoid solvents, petrol, brake cleaner and harsh degreasers, which can attack the nylon.
After wet or coastal rides, rinse road salt and grime off the mount and hardware and allow it to dry.
Remove the phone before washing the bike and don't aim a pressure washer at the mount or the stem tube.
Inspect the mount for cracks, play or a worn locking lever, and replace it if any damage is found rather than riding with a compromised mount.
