A complete Polisport replacement plastics kit for the Yamaha YZ85 (2015–2021), finished in 2021 Yamaha OEM colours. The kit covers the front and rear fenders, radiator shrouds, side panels and front number plate, so a bike with faded, scratched or cracked bodywork can be brought back to a factory look in one go.
Each panel is injection moulded for an OEM-type fit, mounting to the standard locations without modification. The gloss polypropylene is UV resistant and holds its finish, making this a sensible choice for club racers, weekend trail riders and anyone freshening up a used YZ85 before resale.
Graphics and seat cover are not included.

- Fit each panel using the original Yamaha fasteners, grommets and well nuts; replace any that are stretched, cracked or missing rather than over-tightening to compensate.
- Start all fasteners loosely and only nip them up once every panel is aligned, so the plastics are not pulled into a strained position.
- Do not over-tighten mounting bolts — polypropylene will distort or crack around the boss if it is crushed.
- Re-check the fasteners after the first ride or two, then at regular intervals, as bodywork bolts commonly loosen with vibration.
- Wash with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge or cloth; rinse thoroughly and dry to keep the gloss finish.
- Avoid petrol, brake cleaner, strong solvents and abrasive scourers, which can dull, haze or attack the plastic.
- Keep high-pressure washer nozzles well back and off the panel edges and mounting tabs to avoid forcing water behind the plastics or lifting graphics.
- If fitting graphics, apply them to clean, dry, fully degreased panels and work out air bubbles from the centre outwards for the best adhesion.
- Store the bike out of prolonged direct sunlight where practical; the material is UV resistant, but shade helps preserve the colour and shine.
- Inspect the panels after crashes for stress cracks around bolt holes and edges, and replace damaged pieces rather than riding on a split panel.
