The Polisport MX Kit is a complete replacement plastics set built to suit Husqvarna TC and FC motocross models from 2019 to 2022. Presented in the factory OEM 2020 colour scheme, it lets riders restore a like-new appearance or replace worn and damaged bodywork without deviating from the original look.

- Clean plastics with mild soap and warm water using a soft cloth or sponge; avoid abrasive pads that may scratch or dull the surface finish.
- Do not use petroleum-based solvents, acetone, or harsh degreasers — these can degrade the plastic and cause colour fading.
- Apply a UV-resistant plastic protectant after cleaning to help preserve the colour and reduce long-term sun damage.
- Inspect mounting tabs, bolts, and grommets after each ride for looseness or stress cracking, and re-torque fasteners as required.
- Replace any structurally compromised panels promptly — cracked plastics can snag or splinter during a fall and pose an injury risk.
- When fitting the kit, follow the original torque sequence for panel bolts to avoid cracking mounting points on new plastic.
- Store spare panels and the bike away from prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat to minimise warping and colour degradation.
