The Polisport E-Blaze is a LED headlight built into a unit shaped like a motocross front number plate, so it keeps the stripped-back look of a competition bike while giving you real headlight output. It is finished in red to sit alongside common off-road plastics kits.
It suits riders converting a dirt bike for trail, enduro or dual-purpose use, or anyone replacing a tired factory headlight with something lighter and more purposeful looking. Separate low and high beam LED clusters throw a cool white light, and the kit arrives with the mounting hardware needed to fit it.

- Confirm the male plug connector matches your bike's loom before fitting; use an appropriate adaptor rather than cutting the headlight's factory connector where possible.
- Fit using the supplied mounting kit and check that the unit sits square and clear of the forks, fender and cables at full steering lock and full suspension travel.
- Aim the beam once fitted, with the bike upright and loaded as you'd normally ride it, so the low beam doesn't dazzle oncoming traffic.
- Re-check the mounting hardware and straps after the first ride and periodically after that — off-road vibration and impacts can loosen them.
- Wash with mild soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. Keep petrol, brake cleaner, degreasers and other solvents off the lens and plastic housing, as they can craze or dull the surface.
- Avoid aiming a pressure washer directly at the lens, seams or the electrical connector.
- After wet or muddy rides, rinse mud off before it dries and let the unit dry fully; check the connector is clean, dry and fully seated.
- Do not use abrasive pads or cutting compounds on the lens; use a plastic-safe polish if you need to remove light hazing.
- If a beam stops working, check the connector, fuses and earth before assuming the unit has failed — the LEDs are not individually replaceable.
- Store spare or off-season units out of direct sunlight to limit UV fading of the red plastic.
