- Check tyre pressure when cold before every ride; refer to your motorcycle manufacturer's recommended pressures — do not rely on the tyre's maximum pressure marking.
- Never exceed the load index of 52 (190 kg per tyre) or the speed symbol P (150 km/h).
- Have the tyre mounted and balanced by a qualified tyre technician using equipment suitable for tubeless motorcycle tyres.
- Inspect the tyre regularly for cuts, cracking, embedded objects and uneven wear; replace if the tread wear indicators are reached.
- As a tubeless tyre, it can be temporarily repaired with an approved plug/patch kit after a puncture, but have any repair assessed by a professional before extended use.
- Bed-in new tyres progressively over the first 100–200 km by avoiding hard braking, aggressive cornering and full throttle until the mould-release compound has worn off.
- Store unmounted tyres upright (or flat-stacked), away from direct sunlight, ozone sources (electric motors, fluorescent lights) and extreme heat or cold.
- Avoid prolonged contact with petrochemical products such as chain lubricant, brake fluid or fuel; clean contamination off immediately with mild soapy water.
- Do not mix this tyre with a tyre of a different construction type (e.g. bias-ply with radial) on the same axle.
