Have the tyre fitted by a qualified tyre technician to a rim rated for tubeless use, and have the wheel balanced after fitting.
Do not fit an inner tube unless your scooter or wheel manufacturer specifically permits it.
Ride gently for the initial running-in period, building lean angle and braking force progressively so the new tread surface can scrub in.
Check and set pressures cold, using the pressures specified by your scooter manufacturer (placard or owner's handbook) rather than any figure moulded into the tyre sidewall.
