A genuine Pinlock 30 anti-fog insert lens in clear, made to fit the visor of the RXT FS825 Street 2, RXT 909P Safari and RXT 918 Flip-Up helmets. The same insert suits all three models, so one part covers the RXT range.
The insert locates on the pins inside the visor and seals against it, creating a sealed air gap that keeps the inner surface warmer than the outside air and helps stop condensation forming in front of your eyes. It is a straightforward upgrade for commuters and touring riders who deal with cold mornings, rain and stop-start traffic, where a fogged visor is at its most distracting.
Fitment note: intended for RXT visors with Pinlock pins already fitted.

- Fit the insert with the visor removed or held steady: locate one side on the visor pin, flex the insert gently and locate the other side, then close the visor so the seal beds evenly against it.
- If a gap or fogging appears at the edge, adjust the eccentric visor pins slightly to increase pressure on the seal, then re-check.
- Handle the insert by its edges — the inner anti-fog surface is a moisture-absorbing coating and marks easily.
- Clean only with lukewarm water and a soft microfibre cloth, using light pressure; never rub the coated side hard or scrub it dry.
- Do not use solvents, petrol, ammonia-based glass cleaners, alcohol wipes or abrasive cloths on the insert or the visor.
- Let the insert air dry fully before refitting; do not use heat, a hair dryer or direct sunlight to speed it up.
- Remove the insert before deep-cleaning or polishing the visor, and before storing the helmet for long periods in hot conditions.
- Store the helmet out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources so the insert and its seal are not distorted.
- Replace the insert if it becomes scratched, hazed or no longer seals to the visor, as anti-fog performance drops once the coating is damaged.
