The Oxford Maxi/Oximiser Ring Leads are a replacement or additional set of permanent battery connection leads designed for use with Oxford's Maxi and Oximiser battery charger and optimiser range.
Ring terminal leads attach directly to the motorcycle battery and remain in place, providing a quick-connect point so the charger can be plugged in and unplugged without removing the battery or disturbing the terminal connections. This makes routine charging straightforward, particularly for bikes stored over winter or ridden infrequently.

- Connect ring terminals securely to the positive and negative battery terminals, observing correct polarity.
- Ensure terminal connections are tight and free of corrosion before leaving leads permanently attached.
- Periodically inspect the leads for fraying, cracking or corrosion, particularly on bikes stored outdoors or in humid environments.
- Keep the quick-connect plug end clean and dry when not in use; a dust cap (if supplied with the charger) will protect the connector.
- Do not run leads where they can chafe against moving parts, exhaust components or sharp edges.
- Disconnect and remove leads before performing electrical work on the motorcycle.
