A genuine Oxford replacement grip for the HotGrips Original heated grip system, supplied as a single right-hand (throttle-side) grip. It is intended for riders who already run HotGrips Original and need to replace one worn, damaged or perished grip rather than the whole set.

Because it is sold individually, you only pay for the side you need. Note that this is the right grip only — the left grip is a separate part.

  • Genuine Oxford replacement part
  • Right-hand (throttle side) grip only
  • Suits the Oxford HotGrips Original heated grip system
  • Sold individually, so only the damaged side needs replacing
  • 1 x right-hand HotGrips Original replacement grip

  • Confirm you are replacing the right-hand (throttle-side) grip — the left grip is a different part and the two are not interchangeable.
  • Disconnect the battery and allow the grips to cool completely before removing the old grip or handling any wiring.
  • Check that your existing set is a HotGrips Original before ordering; other Oxford heated grip models use different replacement grips.
  • Route and secure the grip wiring clear of the throttle tube, cables and steering lock so it cannot snag or stretch at full lock.
  • Make sure the throttle snaps closed freely through the full range of steering movement before riding.
  • Clean with a damp cloth and mild soapy water only; avoid solvents, petrol and chain lube, which can degrade the rubber.
  • Do not cut, pierce or sand the grip surface, as the internal heating element sits just below it.
  • Inspect the grip and wiring periodically for splits, hardening or chafing, and replace the grip if the outer surface is damaged.
