The OGIO Dozer is a large wheeled gear bag built on the layout of the original Rig 9900, with a dedicated boot compartment, a soft-lined helmet compartment and a deep main compartment so a full kit travels sorted rather than stacked in one pile.

It suits riders hauling gear to the track, the trails or a race weekend, where bags get dragged across gravel, grass and car parks. A three-wheel base gives it a stable stance on rough ground, the telescopic handle and multiple grab handles make loading easier, and iFom integrated foam runs throughout to cushion helmets, goggles and the rest of the load.

Load the heaviest items low and over the wheels so the bag stays balanced when it is stood upright or towed.
Pull the bag by the telescopic handle rather than lifting the full load with it; use the grab handles when carrying, loading into a ute tray or lifting onto a rack.
Wipe the PVC-lined boot compartment out with a damp cloth and mild detergent after muddy or wet rides, then leave the compartment open to dry.
Empty grit, sand and stones from the compartments regularly so debris does not work into the zips and seams.
Spot clean the 600D poly outer with warm water and a soft brush or cloth; avoid solvents, bleach and machine washing.
Keep goggles, visors and painted helmet shells inside the soft-lined helmet compartment, away from boots, tools and sprockets.
Rinse the wheels and axle area after use on sand or mud, and check the wheels roll freely before travel.
Dry the bag fully before storing, and store it empty in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to protect the fabric and lining.
Do not overfill to the point that zips strain, and run zips closed gently rather than forcing them past a snag.
