A four-piston radial-mount front brake caliper from Nissin, finished in gold and configured for the left-hand side of the fork. Radial mounting spaces the two bolts along the axis of the fork leg at 108 mm centres, the common spacing used by many sportbike and naked-bike front ends.

Suited to riders upgrading or replacing a front caliper on a bike that already uses 108 mm radial mounts, and to custom and track builds where a matched left/right pair is being assembled. Sold individually, so order the matching right-hand caliper separately if you need both sides.

Check your fork's mount spacing, disc diameter and disc offset before ordering, as radial calipers are not interchangeable between spacings.

  • Four-piston front brake caliper
  • Radial mount with 108 mm bolt centres
  • Left-hand side fitment
  • Gold finish
  • Sold individually (single caliper)

  • Have fitment, bleeding and torque settings carried out by a qualified motorcycle technician, and follow your motorcycle manufacturer's specified torque values for the radial mounting bolts.
  • Confirm the caliper clears the disc evenly on both faces before riding; do not shim or modify mounts to force a fit.
  • Bleed the system thoroughly after fitting until lever feel is firm with no sponginess, and check for leaks at the banjo and bleed nipple under pressure.
  • Bed in new pads and discs gently with a series of progressive stops from moderate speed before hard braking, avoiding harsh stops until bedded.
  • Clean with warm water and mild detergent, or a dedicated brake cleaner on the caliper body only; keep cleaners and lubricants off the pads and disc faces.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents and high-pressure washing directly at the piston seals, which can damage the finish and force water past the seals.
  • Inspect pad thickness, piston seals and dust boots regularly, and check for fluid weeping around the pistons.
  • Periodically clean exposed piston faces of road grime so the pistons retract freely and pads do not drag.
  • Replace brake fluid at the interval specified by your motorcycle manufacturer, using the fluid type stated on the master cylinder reservoir.
  • After washing or riding in wet conditions, apply the brakes lightly at low speed to dry the pads and discs before relying on full braking force.
