Kustom Hardware Never Flat is a liquid tyre sealant designed to seal punctures in motorcycle tyres quickly and reliably. Applied through the valve stem before or after a puncture occurs, it coats the inner tyre surface and plugs holes caused by nails, screws and other sharp debris.

- Shake the bottle well before use to ensure the sealant is fully mixed.
- Remove the valve core using a valve core removal tool before injecting the sealant through the valve stem.
- Pour or inject the recommended volume of sealant into the tyre, then refit the valve core and reinflate to the correct pressure.
- After application, ride briefly at low speed to allow the sealant to coat the inner tyre surface evenly.
- If a puncture occurs while the sealant is active, the tyre may re-inflate automatically; stop to inspect the tyre and assess whether it is safe to continue.
- Do not use in tyres with inner tubes — this product is intended for tubeless tyres only.
- Store unused bottles in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
- Keep out of reach of children and away from food and beverages.
- Dispose of empty bottles and unused product in accordance with local council and environmental regulations.
- Check compatibility with your specific tyre and wheel type before use; sealant residue may require thorough cleaning of the wheel interior at tyre-change time.
