Motul Insect Remover removes splattered insects and organic residues such as bird droppings on the wind screens, fairings, mirrors, paint, metal and motorcycle plastics without rubbing.
| Preparation | Ensure that your motorcycle is parked in a shaded area and is cool to the touch. Avoid using the product on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight. |
|---|---|
| Shake the Can | Shake the Motul E7 Insect Remover can well to ensure that the product is properly mixed before application. |
| Spray Application | Hold the can about 6-8 inches away from the surface you want to clean. Spray a generous amount of the product onto the areas that have insect residues or other contaminants. Focus on the areas where bugs and dirt are particularly stubborn, such as the front of the motorcycle, windshield, fairings, and grilles. |
| Dwell Time | Allow the product to dwell on the surface for a few minutes. This gives it time to soften and loosen the insect residues and contaminants. |
| Gentle Agitation | For more stubborn residues, you can use a soft sponge or microfiber cloth to gently agitate the area. Be careful not to scrub too hard, as you don't want to scratch the surface. |
| Rinse Off | After allowing the product to work and gently agitating the affected areas, rinse off the motorcycle thoroughly with clean water. Use a hose or a bucket of water and a clean sponge or cloth to rinse away the product along with the loosened residues. |
| Drying | After rinsing, use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to gently dry the motorcycle and prevent water spots. |
| Repeat if Necessary | In cases of heavy contamination or stubborn residues, you may need to repeat the process to achieve the desired level of cleanliness. |
| Finish with Wax or Polish (Optional) | After using the insect remover and thoroughly cleaning the motorcycle, you may consider applying wax or polish to protect and enhance the finish. |
| Dispose of Can Properly | Follow local regulations for the proper disposal of empty or unused product containers. Avoid disposing of the product in a way that could harm the environment. |
