Motorex Cross Power 4T 10W/50 is a fully synthetic four-stroke engine oil developed specifically for off-road motorcycle use. It was formulated in close cooperation with racing teams and motorcycle manufacturers, with the demands of dirt riding — heat, load and hard revving — front of mind.

The 20 litre bag-in-box suits workshops, race teams and riders who service several bikes and prefer to buy oil in bulk rather than in one litre bottles. With JASO MA2 approval, it is intended for engines that share their oil with a wet multi-disc clutch.

  • Check your motorcycle's owner's manual to confirm 10W/50 and JASO MA2 are suitable for your engine before use.
  • Change the oil at the service intervals specified by your motorcycle manufacturer; off-road and race use generally calls for more frequent changes than road riding.
  • Run the engine briefly to warm the oil before draining so it flows out more completely and carries suspended contaminants with it.
  • Fit a new oil filter and, where specified, a new sump plug sealing washer at each change, and torque the drain plug to the manufacturer's figure.
  • Refill to the manufacturer's stated capacity, then re-check the level on the sight glass or dipstick with the engine warm and the bike level.
  • Top up only with oil of the same grade and JASO MA2 specification; avoid automotive oils containing friction modifiers, which can cause wet clutch slip.
  • Store the bag-in-box upright in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and reseal the closure after each use to keep out moisture and dirt.
  • Dispense into a clean container or funnel and avoid introducing dust or water, particularly when decanting in the pits or workshop.
  • Drain used oil into a sealed container and take it to a licensed waste oil recycling facility — never pour it onto the ground or into drains.
  • Avoid prolonged skin contact; wash off splashes with soap and water and keep the product out of reach of children.
